The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, by and through its attorney of record, Weldon B. Stutzman, Deputy Attorney General, requests that Farmers Mutual Telephone Company, Inc. provide the following documents and information on or before       THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, 1995.
This Production Request is to be considered as continuing, and Farmers Mutual Telephone Company, Inc. is requested to provide, by way of supplementary responses, additional documents that it or any person acting on its behalf may later obtain that will augment the documents produced.
For each item, please indicate the name of the person(s) preparing the answers, along with the job title of such person(s) and the witness who can sponsor the answer at hearing.
9.Please provide all information you have filed or expect to be filed with the FCC, particularly concerning Farmers' request for a study area waiver.
10.Does Farmers charge for hunting features?  If so, how much?
11.What will be the local calling area for NuAcres customers after the sale is completed?
12.In assessing the value of the NuAcres exchange, what totals did Farmers use for intrastate access revenues?
13.Does Farmers participate in the NECA pool?  If so, are they an average schedule company or cost based?
