USW-S-95-5 FMT-T-95-1 SECOND PRODUCTION REQUEST OF THE COMMISSION STAFF TO U S WEST COMMUNICATIONS   The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, by and through its attorney of record, Weldon B. Stutzman, Deputy Attorney General, requests that U S WEST Communications provide the following documents and information on or before THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, 1995. This Production Request is to be considered as continuing, and U S WEST Communications is requested to provide, by way of supplementary responses, additional documents that it or any person acting on its behalf may later obtain that will augment the documents produced. For each item, please indicate the name of the person(s) preparing the answers, along with the job title of such person(s) and the witness who can sponsor the answer at hearing. 8.Please provide the total number of intrastate MTS minutes of use originating from the NuAcres exchange. 9.Please provide a copy of the notification which was sent to the NuAcres customers.  When was this notifications sent?  How was this notification sent; that is, was it a bill insert, direct mailing, or something else? 10.If Farmers Mutual provides local calling from NuAcres to Payette and New Plymouth, will U S WEST reciprocate by providing local calling from these exchanges to NuAcres? 11.If the Company does grant EAS from Payette and New Plymouth to NuAcres, will the Company be requesting lost revenue and cost recovery?
