The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, by and through its attorney of record, Weldon B. Stutzman, Deputy Attorney General, requests that U S WEST Communications provide the following documents and information on or before FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 1995.
This Production Request is to be considered as continuing, and U S WEST Communications is requested to provide, by way of supplementary responses, additional documents that it or any person acting on its behalf may later obtain that will augment the documents produced.
For each item, please indicate the name of the person(s) preparing the answers, along with the job title of such person(s) and the witness who can sponsor the answer at hearing.
1.Please supply the number of lines in the NuAcres exchange broken down by residence and business.
2.How many multi-line customers are in NuAcres?  Please break down by number of lines, that is, number of customers with two lines, number with three lines, number with four line, etc.
3.How many of the multi-line customers have hunting?
4.What are the revenues for the following services:
Local
MTS
Special services
Vertical services
5.How many held orders were there in NuAcres at the end of each month from January through June of 1995?
6.Please provide the intrastate switched access minutes of use for NuAcres.  Please split these out by originating and terminating minutes as well as intraLATA and interLATA.
7.Does NuAcres currently provide equal access?
