Ladies and Gentlemen:
On Wednesday, July 13, 2005, I filed a petition for reconsideration or, in the
alternative, petition for order requiring provision of telecommunications services in the
above-referenced matter.
I was scheduled to speak at the annual bar association meeting the next day and
in a hurry to leave town, neglected to serve Tamarack Telecom & Video, LLC through its
attorney, Conley Ward. I did not serve Frontier because, after searching the
Commission s website, and speaking with several staff members, I have yet to obtain any
contact information for that utility. I am faxing a copy. of the Petition to Mr. Ward today
and will fax a copy to Frontier as soon as I am able to locate their offices.
I apologize for this oversight, but in light of the nature of the petition, respectfullysubmit that there is no prejudice resulting. Needless to say, to the extent that any
response is due :ITom Tamarack or Frontier, the applicable deadline would not commence
