It has come to my attention that the letter we discussed last month regarding our address change
was not sent to you. I apologize for the delay in getting this information to you. The mailing

telephone number, and e-mail addresses remain the same. You can reach a member of the

Drive at Design Plaza on Tamarack Resort during our regularly scheduled business hours, which
are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This change has not affected the services we are
providing or the cost of those services. Please feel free to contact me at your convenience if I may
