Dear Ms. Noriyuki:

Please find this letter submitted on behalf of ICS Corrections, Inc. f/k/a CenturyLink Public
Communications, Inc. (“ICS Corrections”) requesting cancelation of its authority originally granted to the
Company’s predecessor, Sprint Payphone Services, Inc., in 1998, whose name was changed to Embarq
Payphone Services, Inc. in 2006, later changed to CenturyLink Public Communications, Inc. in 2014 and is
now ICS Corrections, Inc.

Pursuant to the transaction detailed in the Notice of Transfer of Control that was submitted on May 28,
2020, ICS Corrections is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Inmate Calling Solutions, LLC dba ICSolutions
(“ICS”). ICS is also ICS Corrections’ subcontractor for all Idaho contracts held by ICS Corrections and ICS
provides 100% of ICS Corrections’ regulated retail services for such contracts. Accordingly, ICS Corrections,
Inc. f/k/a CenturyLink Public Communications, Inc. is requesting to cancel its authority in the state of
Idaho.
