Dear Mr. Kenyon:
On September 6, 2005, the Idaho Supreme Court issued the above referenced Opinion. The
purpose of this letter is to alert you to an error in the Slip Opinion that may be corrected before
the Opinion is published in the Idaho Reports.
On the top of page 11 in the partial paragraph, the last sentence reads: "IPUC supports the
Commission s finding.The "IPUC" and the "Commission" are references to the same
government agency. I suspect that the sentence should read: "Qwest supports the Commissionfinding. "
