Dear Mr. Miler:
The last entr in Case No. QWE-T-05-11 is an Order issued by the Commssion vacating a
procedural schedule, Order No. 29991. The Commission's Order granted a Motion fied by
Level 3 Communications, LLC. The Commission in Order No. 29991 also directed the paries to
agree upon a new schedule and submit it for approval to the Commission.
No procedural schedule has been submitted to the Commission by the paries. On March 5,
2008, the attorney for Qwest Corporation filed a letter withthe.Commissionstatingthati~light .
of the lack of activity in the docket, Qwest has no objection to the Commission closing Case No.
QWE-T-05-11.
This is to inform you that Staff plans to recommend that the Commission dismiss Case No.
QWE-T-05-11. Please let me know by March 21, 2008, whether Level 3 Communications has
an objection to this case being dismissed. If I have not heard from you by that date, I will
recommend to the Commission that it close Case No. QWE- T -05-11.
