I 0029164-00087 Idaho Case No. QWE-02- STF 06-022 INTERVENOR:Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission REQUEST NO:022 Assuming, arguendo, that Qwest was granted deregulation, if Qwest decided to change rates for residence or business customers in the seven exchanges in which they have asked for deregulation, how long would it take to process this change through the Qwest billing system? Less than 10 days , 11-30 days, 31- days, greater than 60 days. An example of such a change would be changing the IFR or IFB rate or the rate for a package which Qwest offers. RESPONSE: The required time to process a change in Qwest I s billing system depends on a number of factors including the complexity of the change and other billing changes that are scheduled at the same time in other Qwest states. Respondent:Dawn Salaver - Reglatory Support Manager Idaho Case No. QWE-02- STF 06-023 INTERVENOR:Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission REQUEST NO:023 Assuming, arguendo that Qwest was granted deregulation, if Qwest decided to change product packages for residence or business customers in the seven exchanges in which they have asked for deregulation , how long would it take to process this change through the Qwest billing system? Less than 10 days, 11-30 days, 31-60 days, greater than 60 days. An example of such a change would be changing, deleting, or substituting a particular product in the package.
