that the Company had changed its name to Intrado Safety Communications, Inc.
IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this Amended Certificate of Public Convenience and
Necessity is issued to Intrado Safety Communications, Inc., Certificate No. 388, to provide local
telecommunications services, including basic local and long distance, within the State of Idaho.
The Commission approved this name change to Certificate No. 388 by Order No. 34619, in Case
No. ITD-T-20-01.
