Commission Staff as follows:
Request No. 10: Please provide copies of all screens, dialogs, training manuals and any
other materials used by live operators in providing operator services for collect calls and the time
when the above were implemented by OCMC.
Supplemental Response to Request No. 10: Attached hereto is an Operator Manual
responsive to Staff Production Request #10 which is being submitted as Confidential Information
pursuant to the parties ' Protective Agreement.
