COMES NOW OCMC, Inc. and supplements it Response to the First Production Request of
Commission Staff as follows:
Request No. 10: Please provide copies of all screens, dialogs , training manuals and any
other materials used by live operators in providing operator services for collect calls and the time
when the above were implemented by OCMC.
Supplemental Response to Request No. 10: Attached hereto are two pages responsive to
Staff Production Rt:quest #10 which were inadvertently not included in the initial response.
