City, Missouri recently merged with lonexTelecommunications, Inc. and hereby responds. As I indicated on the phone today, lonexTelecommunications, Inc. is not a facilities-based CLEC in Idaho. Currently, lonex is providingresale service only in Idaho and to very few customers. Therefore
