Dear Mr. Stutzman:
Although NOW Communications, Inc. is a certificated competitive local exchange carrier
in the State of Idaho, it is not operating and has no equipment or facilities and no
customers in the state. NOW has no schedule at this time for the provision of local
exchange service in the state.
Consequently, NOW requests that the Commission remove it as party to this
proceeding and be relieved of any obligation to further respond to current and any future
data requests so that it can focus its resources on responding to similar requests in the
states in which it is operating (which is 30).
Alternatively, if the Commission determines that NOW must remain a party to this
proceeding, NOW would like this letter to serve as a response to any and all data
requests in this proceeding.
