Response Dear Mr. Stutzman: Intellicall Operator Services, Inc. (lntellicall) received the Commission s First Production Request of the Commission Staff to Competitive Local Exchange Carriers in Case No. GNR-03-23. This letter is being sent to notify the Commission that while Intellicall does hold certification as a CLEC we have not initiated CLEC operations in Idaho nor do we have immediate plans to begin CLEC operations under current market conditions. Given that Intellicall has no CLEC operations there is no basis for responding to the Production Request issued in this Case. For this reason, I would like to respectfully request that Intellicall be granted a waiver from filing the requested responses to the First Production Request and all future production requests in the Case. There would be no benefit to the parties in the Case from our continued participation. Please consider this letter to be our official response to the First Production Request issued in Case No. GNR-03-, and our request for waiver from all future production requests that may be issued in this Case. Commission confirmation that our request for waiver has been granted would be greatly appreciated.
