Re:Response of Tel West Communications, LLC to First Production Request of Staff to
CLECs in Case No. GNR-03-
Dear Mr. Stutzman:
Please be advised that Tel West Communications, LLC ("Tel West"), has no facilities
switches, or equipment of any type within the state of Idaho. Tel West currendy provides
service under the provisions of its Resale Agreement with Qwest Corporation, and has no
plans to install equipment or facilities of its own in Idaho.
Under these circumstances Tel West does not believe that information regarding its
operations as requested by the Commission s Staff in the above referenced docket has any
direct or immediate application to Tel West. Tel West therefore submits this letter as a
statement and summary of its provision of service to customers in Idaho in lieu of the First
Production Request of the Commission Staff to CLECs.
Please contact me with any questions pertaining to this matter.
Sincerely,
D~.
