Dear Mr. Stutzman:
This office serves as attorneys for Active Communications, Inc. On
November 14, 2003 , a document entitled First Production Request of the
Commission Staff To Wireless Companies was received by my client.
The request asks that Active Electronics provide certain responses. I
am assuming that the request came to my client, Active Communications
