Pursuant to our conversation of this date, I am sending, at your direction, a letter
regarding the CLEC/activity status of Basic Phone, Incorporated, in the State ofldaho.
At this time, BasicPhone, Incorporated does indeed hold state certification with the Idaho
Public Utilities Commission, however, we have yet to enter the Idaho market and have no
customer base in Idaho.
Thank you for your assistance regarding my phone-inquiry on this matter.
