his knowledge.

If the boundaries for the foregoing wirecenter(s) have been changed in
any way since the wirecenter(s) was/were originally established, please
identify any changes made, and when and why those changes were
made.
Please identify, in terms of percentage of wire center area, the extent
of your service coverage in the foregoing wirecenter(s).

wirecenter(s)?
What is the average monthly revenue per customer for the foregoing
wirecenter(s) without USF support?
Citizens provides service in the following exchanges: Homedale, McCall, Marsing,
Wilder, Parma, Garden Valley, Aberdeen, Cascade, Horseshoe Bend, Riggins, Donnelly,
Fairfield, Springfield, Carey, New Meadows, Sweet, White Bird, and Elk City. Frontier
Communications of America, an inter-exchange carrier, offers service throughout the state.
Electric Lightwave, a competitive local exchange carrier, provides service in the Boise Valley
and other exchanges within Qwest's Southern Idaho service area.
Objection filed. Without waiving said objection, no changes have been
made since CTC- Idaho acquired its service area from GTE in 1994.

Citizens is not aware of any other provider of regulated wireline service
within the foregoing exchanges.

19.What Internet access products and services do you offer to your customers?
Dialed internet is provided by Citizens in all exchanges except Aberdeen, Carey, Fairfield
and Elk City. DSL is presently provided by Citizens in McCall, Cascade, Donnelly,
New Meadows and Riggins.
20. What Internet access products and services do you plan to offer within the
next 12 months to your customers?
Objection filed. Without waiving said objection, Respondent states that plans for 2004
include dialed internet in all exchanges except Elk City and DSL rollouts in Homedale
Horseshoe Bend, Garden Valley, Parma and Wilder.

A. Citizens Communications Company ("Parent") provides , through operating
divisions and subsidiaries, diversified services including local
exchange, interexchange and commercial mobile radio telecommunications
services; electric, gas, water and waste water utility services; and
cable television services.
Exhibit IV-1 hereto is a graphic depiction of Parent's operating
divisions, which includes administrative and non-telecommunications
utilities services operations.
Exhibit IV-2 hereto is a graphic depiction of Parent's subsidiaries
engaged in telecommunications operations.
Exhibit IV-3 hereto is a graphic depiction of Parent's subsidiaries
engaged in television, energy, water/waste water, and other operations.
The Parent's organization charts described above include all affiliated
