COMES NOW Citizens Telecommunications of Idaho ("Citizens ), by and
through its attorneys, and objects to Clear Talk's First Set of Discovery Requests as follows:

Please identify all services provided to your customers, including whether
such service is available throughout your service area.

TO CLEAR TALK'S FIRST SET OF DISCOVERY REQUESTS -1 BOI MT2:526896.
RESPONSE NO.: Citizens objects to this request as vague and ambiguous, and
as being burdensome. Citizens objects that the information sought is equally available to the
requesting party by looking at Citizen tariffs on file with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission.
Does Citizens, including its employees, officers, agents or outside
consultants, subscribe to Clear Talk's wireless service in Idaho?
RESPONSE NO.: Citizens objects to this request on the grounds that it seeks
information which is not relevant and/or is not reasonably calculated to lead to the discovery of
admissible evidence. Citizens further objects on the grounds that this request is burdensome.
If Citizens, including its respective employees, officers, agents or outside
consultants, subscribe to Clear Talk's wireless service in Idaho, please identify such subscribers
object by name and specify how long they have subscribed to Clear Talk's wireless service in
Idaho. Refer to information on file with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission.
