NEXTEL PARTNERS' FIRST DISCOVERY REQUEST TO CITIZENS TELECOMMUNICATIONS OF IDAH0-1 Instructions In responding to these document requests you are required to furnish all information that is available to you, or subject to your reasonable inquiry, including the information in the possession of you, your attorneys or other persons directly or indirectly employed by or connected with you or your attorneys and anyone else otherwise subject to your control. In responding to each document request: A. Identify each person who assisted or participated in preparing and/or supplying any of the information given in response to or relied upon in preparing responses to these discovery requests; B. If you do not clearly understand, or have any questions about these definitions, instructions interrogatories or request, contact counsel for Nextel Partners promptly for clarification; C. These discovery requests are continuing in nature and require supplemental responses upon the discovery or receipt of new or additional information. Request No.: On page 11 , paragraph 4 of Mr. Tade s testimony, he refers to "the principle of competitive parity." Identify where that principle is discussed, if at all, in the Telecommunications Act, the FCC's Rules, or any FCC Order addressing universal service matters. Request No.: Provide all cost studies and other data relied on by Citizens to support its request to disaggregate its federal universal service. Provide all filings with the FCC requesting such disaggregation. Request No.: Admit that the unlimited local usage is not a supported service that must be offered by any ETC. Request No.: Admit that every rate plan attached to Mr. Peabody s testimony contains "an amount of local usage " as that phrase is used in 47 CFR ~ 54.1O1(a). If you do not admit this, identify which rate plans you claim fail to contain "an amount of local usage" and explain shy you make such a claim. Request No.: Provide all supporting data for Mr. Trampush's statements on page 8, lines 7-19, and page 9, lines 5-11 of his testimony.
