OBJECTION: Nextel Partners cannot state at this time what that analysis would be. The company does not today have a formal procedure for analyzing requests for service outside our current footprint. In Idaho there are informal mechanisms to track and record these service requests. Such service requests are considered along with many other factors in the decision process to determine the location of additional cell sites.
