STIPULATION
COME now AT&T Communications of the Mountain States, Inc., Qwest Corporation, Verizon Wireless, Verizon Northwest, Inc., the Idaho Telephone Association and the Staff of the Public Utilities Commission, by and through their respective attorneys of record and stipulate as follows:
1. The Commission on October 23, 2000 issued Procedural Order No. 28551 establishing dates for pre-filing testimony and a hearing. In order to allow the parties additional time to discuss a possible settlement and stipulation to present to the Commission, the parties agree to move the date for pre-filing direct testimony from December 4, 2000 to December 15, 2000, and the date for pre-filing rebuttal testimony from January 10, 2001 to January 12, 2001.
2. As part of the filing of direct testimony on December 15, 2000, each party will identify those portions of testimony it previously pre-filed with the Commission on which the party intends to rely.
