changes to the Company s mailing address and regulatory contact information. This
address change applies to Comtel' s fictitious/trade names: Excel Telecommunications
VarTec Telecom, VarTec Solutions and Clear Choice Communications. Comtel'
primary corporate office, including the Regulatory Affairs Department, is moving to a
