Pursuant to Idaho code §62-606,Business Telecom,LLC d/b/a EarthLink Business Ç'BTI")hereby notifies theIdahoPublicUtilitiesCommissionC'Commission")of BTI's election to provide retail services on a detariffed
basis.This request effectively cancels Idaho Price List No.3 currentlyon file with the Commission.BTI requests
this election become effective March 1,2020.
BTI currently does not have any business or residential customers and any future BTI customers will be
serviced via individually negotiated contracts.
