Dear Mr.feinberg:
The Idaho Public Utilities Commission (IPUC)received your requests for certification of the
tariffs for American Dial Tone,Inc.;Triarch Marketing,Inc.and Bellerud Communications,
LEC.On November 4,2010,the IPUC received letters asking that all three of the Applications
for Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN)for these companies be withdrawn.
On November 9,2010,the Commission voted to withdraw the Applications and close the cases
as requested by the companies.Consequently, these companies were never granted CPCNs and
their tariffs were never approved for service in Idaho.
I am attaching a copy of our Staffs Decision Memorandum and the letters from each of the
companies requesting withdrawal. Each of the companies filed illustrative tariffs with their
original Applications for CPCN.I am also enclosing copies of these illustrative, withdrawn
tariffs in case they might be helpful to your investigation.
Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
Sincerely,
Je D.Jewell
