Pursuant to our conversation today, I have enclosed for your review a certified copy of the City of Ponderay’s Petition in the 1987 case. You will note that there are two exhibits. The first exhibit is a map showing the approximate location of the crossings and the second is the three-way agreement between the Railroad, the City, and Bonner Mall’s owners Northside Development.
