RE: STB Docket AB-No. 564, Camas Prairie’s Abandonment of the Grangeville Line
Dear Mr. Heffner:
Pursuant to our telephone conversation of Tuesday, May 30, could you please advise me as soon as possible when I might expect delivery of copies of right of way maps, property deeds, and other real estate documents pertaining to the Railroad’s ownership of the right-of-way. To expedite delivery, my Fed Ex number is 1156-4264-2. I would also like a set of the maps and the property deeds Fed Ex’ed to my real estate expert, Ed Morse at 2101 Lakewood Drive, Suite 225, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho 83814-2675. In addition, I would like to receive information regarding any derailments since RailNet acquired ownership of the line in 1998.
We also discussed providing Mr. Morse access to the right-of-way. I have asked him to contact Mr. Kevin Spradlin in Lewiston to arrange the inspection.
I look forward to hearing from you. You can contact me at (208) 334-0312.
Sincerely yours,
Donald L. Howell, II
