This branch is approximately 17.5 miles in length running between the communities of Emmett to Middleton. Your constituent opposed “rails to trails” designation of this branch. The Commission’s involvement with this branch was to review the economic impact of abandonment. The Commission did not participate in any request to “railbank” this branch.
