This is to confirm our conversation of July 22nd when I called you at Neil Price's direction to request an extension of the
deadline for my clients, EIRR and BVRR to respond to the IPUC's 2nd requests for Production. I requested that the
August 8th deadline be extended to August 22nd.l further advised that I had originally sent this request to Neil Price.
Mr. Price asked me to contact you and authorized me to tell you that he did not have any disagreement with the
requested extension. You asked me to confirm it in writing so that it could be noted in the file, which I have now done.
I would like to thank you and Mr. Price for your courtesy and cooperation in granting my clients an extension until
August 22nd to respond. We will endeavor to get the requested information to you before that date and will not abuse
the extension.
