The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission,by and through its attorney of record,
Neil Price,Deputy Attorney General,requests that Eastern Idaho Railroad (Company,Eastern
Idaho)provide the following documents and information as soon as possible,but no later than
WEDNESDAY,JUNE 18,2014.
This Production Request is to be considered as continuing,and the Company is requested
to provide,by way of supplementary responses,additional documents that it or any person acting
on its behalf may later obtain that will augment the documents or information produced.
Please provide answers to each question,supporting workpapers that provide detail or are
the source of information used in calculations,and the name,job title and telephone number of
the person preparing the documents.Please identify the name,job title,location and telephone
number of the record holder.

intrastate revenues for year ending 2013 totaling $3,236,286 by month.Please identify each type
of revenue:Freight Revenue,Switching Revenue,Demurrage Revenue,and Incidental Revenue.
REQUEST NO.2:Please provide a spreadsheet of the line item back up for the
interstate revenues for year ending 2013 totaling $16,336,596 by month.Please identify each
type of revenue:Freight Revenue,Switching Revenue,Demurrage Revenue,and Incidental
Revenue.
REQUEST NO.3:Please provide details as to the cause of the erroneous reporting,and
the internal controls being implemented to prevent this mistake from occurring in the future.
REQUEST NO.4:Please provide a spreadsheet of the line item back up for the
intrastate revenues for year ending 2012 by month.Please identify each type of revenue:
