Request No. 19: For each Applicant, how many residential customers received a LIHEAP benefit but did not declare eligibility for protection from disconnection during the moratorium for the 1999-2000 2000-, and 2001-02 heating season? For Avista, please provide a further breakdown of customers by the following categories: electric only, gas only, and gas and electric combined. Response No. 19: Information is not available for the 1999-2000 heating season within the short time frame for this data request. During the 2000-2001 heating season 1 118 customers received a LIHEAP benefit but did not declare moratorium eligibility. During the 2001-2002 heating season 1 117 customers received a LIHEAP benefit but did not declare moratorium eligibility. Request No. 20: For each Applicant, please provide the number ofIdaho residential customers served as of October 1 2001 and April 1 , 2002, respectively. For Avista, please provide a further breakdown of customers by the following categories: electric only, gas only, and gas and electric combined. Response No. 20: At October 1 2001 the number of residential customers served by the Company in Idaho was 44 790. At April 1 , 2002 the number of residential customers served by the Company in Idaho was 45 269.
