RE:RESCINDING OUTDATED MINUTE ORDERS APPOINTING VARIOUS INDIVIDUALS TO THE POSITION OF ASSISTANT COMMISSION SECRETARY
Over the past several years, the Commission has routinely issued Minute Orders appointing various individuals to serve as Assistant Commission Secretary on occasions when Myrna Walters is out of the office.  These appointments are usually executed in the form of Minute Orders.  The Assistant Commission Secretary is authorized to act in Myrna’s absence and to execute documents which normally requires Myrna’s signature.
In updating our Assistant Secretary files, the administrative Staff has discovered that five Minute Orders appointing various individuals as Assistant Secretary are outdated.  Consequently, Myrna is recommending that the Commission issue the attached Minute Order which rescinds the five obsolete Minute Orders.
