Case No. GNR-OI- STIPULATION FOR DISMISSAL Cable One Inc (Cable One), Idaho Power Company (Idaho Power), the Idaho Cable Telecommunications Association (ICTA) and the Commission Staff (Staff), by and through their respective counsel of record stipulate and agree as follows: 1. Pursuant to Idaho Code 61-538 , which authorizes and encourages cable television providers and electric utilities to agree upon cable pole attachment prices through private negotiations, Cable One and Idaho Power have agreed upon pole attachment prices which will be effective for a period of years. Cable One and Idaho Power have executed a Cable Pole Attachment Agreement, and have agreed to keep the terms thereof confidential. STIPULATION FOR DISMISSAL- 2. Because the dispute has been resolved by private negotiations, Cable One hereby withdraws its Complaint and Idaho Power does not object to the withdrawal and agrees that the Commission may enter its order dismissing this matter , . 3. The ICTA, the intervenor herein, does not object to the withdrawal of the Complaint and dismissal hereof. 4. The Staff does not object to the withdrawal of the Complaint and the dismissal hereof.
