From time-to-time the Commission has appointedvarious individuals to the position of
Assistant Commission Secretary.On those occasions when the Commission Secretary is
unavailable,the Assistant Commission Secretary executes certain documents and otherwise
discharges the duties of the Commission Secretary.This Minute Order appoints Diane M.Holt as
Assistant Commission Secretary.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Diane M.Holt is appointedas Assistant Commission
Secretary and is authorized to act in place of the Commission Secretary when the Commission
Secretary is unavailable.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Minute Order in Case No.P-500-80 appointing
Barbara Barrows as Assistant Commission Secretary is hereby rescinded.
