Idaho Code §61-211 provides that any investigation,inquiry or hearing which the
Commission has the power to undertake or hold may be conducted before any Commissioner or
hearing examiner designated for that purpose by the Commission.
ORDER
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Karl T.Klein,Deputy Attorney General,is
appointed as hearing examiner pursuant to Idaho Code §61-211 to represent the Commission
whenever it shall designate him as the official who shall undertake or hold any Commission
investigation,inquiry or hearing.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the followingMinute Orders appointing previous
hearingexaminers are rescinded:P-500-77 (Copsey and Stutzman);P-500-83 (Antonuk);P-500-84
(Ayers);P-500-85 (Nordstrom);P-500-86 (Hammond);and P-500-88 (Walker).
