PURPOSES OF THE IDAHO SUNSHINE LAW,)IDAHO CODE §67-6601 ET SEQ.)MINUTE ORDER
Idaho's "Sunshine Law"is codified at Idaho Code §§67-6601 et seq.The 2006 amendments
to the Sunshine Law expanded the registration and reporting requirements for paid lobbyists when they
lobby state executive officials.Idaho Code §67-6602(g)(5)defines "executive official"as the members
of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission and the Commission's executive or chief administrative officers.
The Commission's current Executive Administrator,V.Joe Leckie,is designated as the Commission's
executive administrative officer for purposes of Idaho's Sunshine Law.
ORDER
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that V.Joe Leckie is designated as the Commission's
executive administrative officer for purposes of the Sunshine Law.Idaho Code §67-6602(g)(5).
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Minute Order in Case No.P-500-87 dated September5,
2006,is hereby rescinded.
