MINUTE ORDER 

Idaho Code § 61-206 provides that the Commission shall have the power to employ such officers as it may deem necessary to carry out its duties under the Public Utilities Law, Idaho Code § 61-101 et seq. In addition, Idaho Code § 61-211 provides that the Commission may appoint and designate a hearing examiner to represent the Commission in actions and proceedings undertaken by the Commission.
O R D E R
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Stephen M. Ayers is appointed hearing examiner pursuant to provisions of Idaho Code §§ 61-206 and 61-211 to represent the Commission whenever it shall designate him as the official who shall undertake or hold any Commission investigation, inquiry, or hearing.
