MINUTE ORDER

WHEREAS Myrna J. Walters presently Secretary of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission will complete her services to the Commission on September 30, 2000;
AND WHEREAS Jean D. Jewell has been duly qualified to fill the vacant position as Secretary in accordance with Idaho Code § 61-205;
O R D E R
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Jean D. Jewell is appointed to the duties of Secretary of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission effective October 1, 2000.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Minute Order No. P-500-39 is rescinded.
