MINUTE ORDER
WHEREAS Myrna J. Walters, Commission Secretary, will have occasion to be absent from her duties; and
WHEREAS this Commission has need of some person to execute documents at such times;
O R D E R
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Barbara Barrows, be, and she is hereby authorized to act in place of the Commission Secretary at such times as she is absent from the office of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, located in Boise, Idaho.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this Order shall remain in effect until such time as it is rescinded by further Order of this Commission.
