RE: PUC Notice to Repeal and Transfer Rules

Dear Dennis,

Enclosed for your review is a hard copy and diskette for a Notice of Repeal and Transfer of Rules in Case No. 31-6101-9901. We request this Notice be published in the next bulletin issued by your office on June 2, 1999.

As you will note in the enclosed Notice, the Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has asked that the Commission transfer six rules to them. Accordingly, the table on page 1 of the Notice identifies those specific rules. I have been advised by ITD that it will have a Notice ready to go for the June Bulletin. Law Enforcement has decided to promulgate its own rules from scratch.
