The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission,by and through its attorney of record,
Claire Sharp,Deputy Attorney General,requests that Intermountain Gas Company ("Company")
provide the followingdocuments and information as soon as possible,but no later than
FRIDAY,MARCH 3,2023.
This Production Request is to be considered as continuing,and Intermountain Gas
Company is requested to provide,by way of supplementaryresponses,additional documents that
it,or any person acting on its behalf,may later obtain that will augment the documents or
information produced.
Please provide answers to each question,supporting workpapers that provide detail or are
the source of information used in calculations,and the name,job title,and telephonenumber of
the person preparing the documents.Please also identify the name,job title,location,and
telephonenumber of the record holder.

In addition to the written copies provided as response to the requests,please provide all
Excel spreadsheets and electronic files with formulas intact and enabled.
REQUESTNO.93:Regarding the Company's response to Production Request No.10
on providing credit card transactions,please provide a list of all transactions occurring in 2022
which were booked above the line and included for recovery in this case.
REQUESTNO.94:Please provide a list of sub-account codes for purchases that are
below the line.
REQUESTNO.95:Please provide a copy of the Company's policy on credit cards
issued to employees.
REQUESTNO.96:Please provide a list of all subsidiaries of MDU Resources that
provide services or costs that are allocated in the 2022 Cost Allocation Manual.
REQUESTNO.97:Please provide a schedule showing all costs allocated to
Intermountain Gas that are included in the Application.Please break this out by cost allocation
category as stated in the 2022 Cost Allocation Manual.
REQUESTNO.98:Please provide all cost benefit analysis done for the Maximo
system.
REQUESTNO.99:Please provide the expected life of the Maximo system as well as
the depreciation rate applied to it.
REQUESTNO.100:Please provide the expected year the Maximo system will be fully
m use.
REQUESTNO.101:Please provide,to the best of your abilities,the total amount it
will cost the Company to procure,install,and fully deploy the Maximo system.
