Job Summary:
Responsible for placing safety as #1 priority in day-to-day work routine for self and others.
Responsible for the development, coordination and implementation of customer service -
related communication, including website, social media, brochures, forms, door hangers,
letters, statement messages, e-mail response, and other related print and electronic media.
With a strong emphasis on social and website management, this position will facilitate the
targeting of consumers across all channels, improving customer comprehension by delivering
messages related to gas and electric safety, public awareness, and customer programs and
initiatives. Provides research and recommendations for managerial decisions regarding
customer service documentation, distribution and standardization of material aligned toward
customer service policies and procedures.
