This expenditure was for a "hole sponsorship" at the annual Fundraising event. Energy Service Reps staffed a table at the tee box. this is a great opportunity to have personal dialogue with Builders and other stakeholders int he building community (HVAC contractors, etc.) to educate about the Energy Efficiency program and to encourage participation. ESR's educate about the benefits of EE to the end user and to all IGC customers.

Sorry to say that I did not get a picture of the hole sponsor this year, apparently neither did John or 
SRVBCA.  Ugh!  
We can find “common set up” pics‐ but not to this specific event for ’22. 
On the table we used the IGC tablecloth with several brochures including the  Residential and 
commercial rebate as well as the whole home . 
We took business cards for a drawing at the end of the golf tournament and gave away a BBQ.  
There were several discussions about the housing market and if the builders were using the rebates. 
We answered any questions they had. John talked about the whole home rebates and we offered 
give aways with the IGC logo to all that passed by the first hole

Did you happen to take a photo of the display on the tee box for documentation purposes? If not, 
can you tell me what type of information you had available or give me a detail of some of the 
conversations you had? Ie; did you discuss EE and rebates with builders? Encourage them to pursue 
Whole Home rebates? Etc?

This was for the annual golf tournament. I have asked Mercedes to send me some kind of flier or 
brochure to help supports, but this is what the various emails show.  EE also sponsored a tee. We 
were on display at the tee box, answered questions, had our name in the flier on site and on the 
course, as well as a raffle item with our information as a donor.  Hope that helps…
