Intermountain Gas Company ("lntermountain", "Company"), in response to the First
Production Request of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") Staff to
Intermountain Gas Company dated August 19, 2022, submits the information below. The

the Protective Agreement.

Corporate guidance for non-union employees for 2023 is 4o/o plus an additional .5o/o for
promotions and equity. The Company is finding it difficult to recruit employees and seeing an
increase in rejeotedjob offers due to compensation. The estimated 5olo inorease is approximately
l% higher than tlpical due to ttre tightening labor market.
