As noted in that transmittal, those revisions were incomplete as they did not include exhibits sponsored by Mr. Lebens and Mr. Hedemark. Therefore, enclosed are the original and seven (7) copies of Revised Exhibit 9, Schedules 1, 2, and 3 and Revised Exhibit 10, Schedules 1 and 2, all pertaining to Mr. Hedemark. RATE: Monthly minimum charge is the customer charge. For billing periods ending April through November . Customer Charge - $3.00 per bill Connodity Charge - $. 79107 per therm For billing periods ending December through March Customer Charge - $7.35 per bill Commodity Charge - First 15 therms per bill All other therm per bill ~ $.79107 ~ $.65305 Revenue Stablization Clause All therms delivered are also subject to a charge equal to the total adjustment per therm shown on Sheet No. 3A.
