Gentlemen:
In re Intermountain Gas Company Case No. U-I034-99
MTB&B File No. 11-500.82
On September 10, 1982, revised exhibits in the above entitled
Case were filed on our behalf by our Attorneys, Moffatt, 'Tiomas,
Barrett & Blanton, Chartered. As noted in that transmittal, those
revisions were incomplete as they did not include exhibits sponsored
by Mr. Lebens and Mr. Hedemark.
Therefore, enclosed are the original and seven (7) copies
of Revised Exhibit 9, Schedules 1, 2, and 3 and Revised Exhibit
10, Schedules 1 and 2, all pertaining to Mr. Hedemark. Mr. Lebens i
revisions are still forthcoming.
Also enclosed is a Certificate of tmiling to all parties of
record in this Case.

AVAILAILITY:
Available to individually metered consumers not otherwise specifically
provided for, using gas for residential purposes.
RATE:
Monthly minimum charge is the customer charge.
For billing periods ending April through November

Customer Charge - $3.00 per bill
Connodity Charge - $. 79107 per therm
For billing periods ending December through March
Customer Charge - $7.35 per bill
Commodity Charge - First 15 therms per bill
All other therm per bill ~ $.79107

All therms delivered are also subject to a charge equal
to the total adjustment per therm shown on Sheet No. 3A.

MUTIPLE USE RESIDENTIAL SERVICE
AVAILABILITY:
Available to individually metered consumers using gas for several
residential purposes including both water heating and space heating.
RATE:
Monthly minimum charge is the customer charge.
For billing periods ending April through November
Customer Charge - $5.00 per bill
Commodity Charge - $.63206 per therm
For billing periods ending December through March
Customer Charge - $7.35 per bill
Commodity Charge - First 15 therms per bill
