The Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, by and through its attorney of record,
Dayn Hardie, Deputy Attorney General, requests that lntermountain Gas Company ("Company")
provide the following documents and information as soon as possible, but no later than
TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 7o 2021.
This Production Request is to be considered as continuing, and Intermountain Gas
Company is requested to provide, by way of supplementary responses, additional documents that
it, or any person acting on its behalf, may later obtain that will augment the documents or
information produced.
Please provide answers to each question, supporting workpapers that provide detail or are
the source of information used in calculations, and the name, job title, and telephone number of

In addition to the written copies provided as response to the requests, please provide all
Excel spreadsheets and electronic files on CD with formulas intact and enabled.
REQUEST NO. 1: Please provide a copy of the Company's most recent risk
management policy.
REQUEST NO. 2: Please provide a copy of any policies or procedures used to identiff
the amount of capacity reservations maintained by the Company. Please also include the policies
or procedures for determining when the Company releases capacity.
REQUEST NO.3: Please provide the monthly natural gas purchase invoices for
November 2020 through June 2021, reconciled to the PGA deferrals in the quarterly reports.
REQUEST NO. 4: Please provide Lost and Unaccounted for Gas amounts by year
reported to Pipeline andHazardous Material Safety Administration (PHMSA) for the five-year
period of 2017 through 2021. Include the Company's Lost and Unaccounted for Gas amounts
reported in2017 through 2021PGAs and explain any differences between the two.
