Ms. Kivisto then presented the 2017 Capital Expenditures Budget. After discussion and
upon motion duly made, seconded, and unanimously carried, the following resolutions were
adopted:
RESOLVED, that the 2017 Capital Expenditures Budget of Interrnountain
Gas Company (the "Company") in the amount of $41,348,000 be, and hereby is,
approved; and
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the duly authmized officers of the Company
may authorize or pem1it, without further Board of Directors approval, additional
capital expenditures provided that total capital expenditures do not exceed
107 percent of the 2017 Capital Expenditures Budget.

The next matter to come before the meeting was to approve the 2016 Capital
Expenditures Budget. Upon motion duly made, seconded, and unanimously carried, the
following resolutions were adopted:
RESOLVED, that the 2016 Capital Expenditures Budget of the Company in
the amount of$43,490,000 be, and hereby is, approved; and
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the duly authorized officers of the Company
may authorize or permit, without further Board of Directors approval, additional
capital expenditures provided that total capital expenditures do not exceed
I 07 percent of the 2016 Capital Expenditures Budget.

The next matter to come before the meeting was to approve the 2015 Capital
Expenditures Budget. Upon motion duly made, seconded, and unanimously carried, the
following resolutions were adopted:
RESOLVED, that the 2015 Capital Expenditures Budget of the Company in
the amount of$55,633,000 be, and hereby is, approved; and
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the duly authorized officers of the Company
may authorize or pennit, without fu1ther Board of Directors approval, additional
capital expenditures provided that total capital expenditures do not exceed
107 percent of the 2015 Capital Expenditures Budget.
