approved; and
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the duly authorized officers of the Company
may authmize or pe1mit, without further Board of Directors approval, additional
capital expenditures provided that total capital expenditures do not exceed
107 percent of the 2017 Capital Expenditures Budget.
