OF THE COMMISSION STAFF
COMES NOW, Intermountain Gas Company, and in response to the Ninth Production
Request of the Commission Staff to Intermountain Gas Company dated November 9, 2016,
herewith submits the following information:
REQUEST NO. 208: Please provide copies of all invoices (not Purchase Orders) for:
(1) encoder receiver transmitter (ERT) additions totaling $4,630,982, and Meter additions
totaling $802,819.
RESPONSE TO REQUEST NO. 208:
Please see file folder labeled "PR #208." The CD includes invoices that support January
-June 2016 plant in service additions for ERTS $4,630,982; and Meters $802,819. In addition
to vendor invoices, additional charges are included for internal installation labor that are
journalized with the purchase of ERTs and Meters and Administrative Overhead. The attached
Excel files summarize activity for the requested period/or 1) ERTs and 2) Meters including the
SUPPLEMENT AL RESPONSE OF IGC TO NINTH PRODUCTION REQUEST NO. 208 Page I
related capital work orders. References in each file to vendor invoices are supported by PDF
attachments. In some cases vendor invoices include ERTs and/or Meters that are charged to
multiple work orders depending on the nature of the purchase. Summary totals are provided that
agree with the figures in the Production Request.
